Business Development in Scotland- ITS PlanOur business training courses are not designed and delivered to be forgotten about when the course ends. We want to see our delegates apply the skills and knowledge gained in the training environment. This is why we offer the Inspired Development Plan. It is often difficult for a line manger or team supervisor to maintain a close enough relationship with all members of their staff while also trying to gauge what they have learned in a training course. We will spend a pre-determined length of time continually monitoring the progress of a delegate’s performance in relation to the course they participated in. All feedback will be delivered to the client and any further recommendations will be made. This service is a must for any organisation dedicated to the development of their staff. [back]
