Inspired presentations
Designing and delivering an effective presentation can be a hard and
gruelling task. This task can be taken on board by a number of people
in your organisation for a number of reasons.
The combining factor then must be the plan. To create an inspired
presentation requires a process; a plan that guarantees a gripping,
entertaining, informative presentation that will have your audience
glued to their seats, and not with boredom.
This course will look at the fundamentals of preparing a presentation,
and then examine the finer points. Included in the course will be
sections on:
- Voice
- Overcoming nerves
- Preparing for questions
- Top tips for powerful presentations
- Body language
- Using PowerPoint
- Other Visual aids
|
And More….
We will provide delegates with the tools to go away and design
excellent presentations, including tips on how to use PowerPoint,
colour organisation, choosing fonts, and templates that have proved
effective in the past. We also provide templates for training
schedules, a useful handout on posture and body language, and this is
all topped off with delegates putting this into practice before they
even leave the room. The course ends on a collaborative effort by
smaller groups designing and presenting a presentation.
The benefits gained from this course are many. The course title alone
lets you see that what you walk away with is not a “better idea” of
how to create a presentation, but a new insight into what makes an
exciting, yet informative presentation.
For others it will be a course that offers confidence. Some people are
always in the audience and never on the floor, left thinking, “I could
never do that”.
This one day session will have employees feeling refreshed, excited,
confident and motivated, as the course highlights how rewarding it can
be to complete such an exercise as delivering a well received
presentation.
Even if this section of the audience never put the presentation skills
into practice, they will leave the room feeling exhilarated and ready
to take on the world.
