Our approach to training solutions is structured so you have control at each stage. Stage 1 will see us obtaining an outline of the client requirements, desired improvements sought and any other measurable outcomes. This may be pre-determined by the client, alternatively it may be the job of ITS to conduct a Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to determine the solution. Stage 2 we will offer solutions based on your requirements or our TNA, the proposal will include timescales and costs. Stage 3 is design. This is where your solution is brought to life by ITS. Stage 4 of the solution is delivery, whether it is training, coaching or redefined processes and procedures. Stage 5 is evaluation, where we examine the results and compare them against the pre-defined objectives. We will provide any further support ensuring initial momentum is not lost. [back]
